Dr. Caissie Bourque completed her doctorate in psychology (Psy, D.) from the University of Moncton in December 2021. She obtained her licence as a psychologist in 2023.

She has worked in different settings including, private practice, Cumberland Mental Health Services and the District scolaire francophone Sud (Child-Youth Teams). Furthermore, she is a lecturer at the University of Moncton in the Psychology department since 2019.

Caissie joined the Clinic of Applied Psychology on a part-time basis in September 2022. She offers therapeutic services and assessment services to school-aged children, adolescents and adults. She has a particular interest in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders and psycho-educational assessments to diagnose learning disability, attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity, behavioural problems and giftedness. She uses evidence-based approaches, particularly cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). She offers services in French and English.
